Rules for the Election
- Only faculty members from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders may be nominated for this election.
- Each department can have at most three
representatives on CAPC.
- The election is decided by a plurality of those casting votes
unless such results violate the previous rule or
the number of candidates does not exceed the number of
positions to fill. In the later case, each candidate will be
voted on by an approve/disapprove ballot.
- Each ballot submitted counts as a cast vote.
- Members elected to at-large seats cannot be
nominated for department representative seats.

Department: Communication Sciences and Disorders Dear colleagues,
I am honored and humbled to nominate myself as the CAPC department representative on behalf of Communication Sciences and Disorders. In this role, I have actively engaged in multiple subcommittees over the past nine years. I served on the Graduate Programs and Policies Committee from Fall 2016 to Spring 2017. Since Fall 2017, I have served on the Undergraduate Programs Committee. Additionally, I have been on the Culture Cluster Subcommittee since Fall 2021. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the development and advancement of academic programs and policies on campus.
