Emily Aguilo-Perez

Department: English

Having volunteered as a panelist for tenure and promotion workshops at both the departmental and university levels, I am committed to helping faculty navigate this important process with clarity and confidence. Additionally, as a member of the English Department’s Evaluation Review Committee, I have helped develop and refine key evaluation documents. I am also deeply invested in fostering fair and equitable evaluations, having participated in university-led bias training and advocating for faculty engagement in similar workshops. If elected, I would bring this experience and dedication to the committee, working to ensure that faculty receive the guidance and support they need at every stage of the tenure and promotion process.

John Bellomo

Department: Theatre and Dance

I have been a member of the Department of Theatre and Dance at WCU since 2013, serving on multiple college and university committees, including RACA, CAPC (UPGC), and most recently, TeP. My goal is to use my three years of experience on the TeP Committee to help the next generation of Arts and Humanities colleagues navigate the Tenure and Promotion process. I would be honored to serve on this important committee.

Roxane Petit-Rasselle

Department: Languages and Cultures

I teach French and am the coordinator of the French Section within the Department of Languages. I have been with WCU since 2011. I started as an adjunct, went through 11G conversion in 2019, and became tenured in 2023. Throughout the process, I was grateful for PTW workshops and support. For this reason, I have been with PTW since 2023 and have immensely enjoyed helping out colleagues the way I was a few years before. I would be honored to serve again on PTW.
