Department: Physics and Engineering I'm a faculty member in the Department of Physics and Engineering. Over the past years, I have served on and chaired a number of College and University committees, including several CAPC subcommittees, the Faculty Senate at-large member, and the New Faculty Orientation program (I will be the new NFO co-chair for the upcoming AY 25-26). During the tenure and promotion process, I have found PTW workshops to be immensely helpful. I would love to put my experience to work in serving other faculty, especially our new and junior faculty. Thank you for your consideration.

Department: Earth and Space Sciences Greetings! I feel I would be an effective PTW Committee member for two reasons: a) I have gone through the Full Promotion process these last two years, so I am familiar with the application requirements. I know -- and appreciate -- first-hand the committee's support, and b) I enjoy serving on University-wide committees that mentor/support faculty, having served on New Faculty Orientation (NFO) in the 2000s and the Faculty Mentoring Committee (FMC) in the 2010s. Participating on this committee will continue that arc, perhaps culminating in serving on TeP in the 2030s? Thank you for your consideration!
