Nancy Barker

Department: Nursing

I have worked at WCU for the last 10 years. I have been the nursing department Chair for the last two years, and Assistant Chair prior to that. I would love to be on this committee to help support faculty navigate the tenure and promotion process as I appreciate all of the support I received during my tenure journey. My roles at WCU have allowed me to understand the importance of viewing the big picture when evaluating teaching, scholarship, and service. I hope to offer valuable insight and experience to this position.
