Joanne Conlon

Department: Pre-Major Acad Adv - Ed Dev

As the Director of Pre-Major Academic Advising, I represent the interests of 1600 students, among the larger student groups on campus. In order to advise these students it is very important for me to know the intricacies of all of the majors and minors at WCU. As Chair of the University Academic Advising Committee, I can offer this perspective to the CAPC members as relevant issues are considered.

Pat Newland

Department: Library Services

I have previously served on CAPC as the non-classroom representative and I would now welcome the opportunity to serve as the CAPC library representative. As a member of the Undergraduate Programs Committee I would gain greater knowledge of the undergraduate curriculum and how the library can best support it.
