Matthew Pierlott

Department: Philosophy

I am very interested in serving on the Faculty Senate in some capacity. I especially would like to sit on the Ethics Committee (a natural fit, given my focus on ethics and its application), or either the Faculty Welfare or Student Welfare committees. I have served on the CASSDA committee and the New Faculty Orientation committee, as well as fulfilling many departmental service roles in the areas of assessment, curriculum, searches and advising. I believe I can be a strong advocate for faculty concerns and look forward to the experience of serving on the Senate. I appreciate your vote. Thanks.
